![]() The Intel Processor N200 offers the same core count, but 300 MHz a higher Boost clock. The performance is clearly lower than the Core i3-N300 and N305 due to the reduced core count. The performance of the E-cores should be similar to old Skylake cores (compare to the Core i7-6700HQ). The chip does not support HyperThreading and clocks with 1 to 3.4 GHz. It was announced in early 2023 and offers no performance cores and 4 of the 8 efficient cores (E-cores, Gracemont architecture). The Intel Processor N100 is an entry-level mobile CPU for thin and light laptops from the Alder Lake-N series. Intel Processor N100 ► remove from comparison The CPU is built with a further improved 10nm SuperFin process at Intel (called Intel 7). The N50 has a base power consumption of only 6 W and is therefore suited for fanless cooling. Due to the single channel memory, low clock speeds, and low shader count, the gaming performance of the iGPU is very limited. The integrated graphics adapter is based on the Xe-architecture and offers only 16 of the 32 EUs (Execution Units) operating at only up to 750 MHz. External chips can be connected via PCIe Gen3 x9 (via the PCH). Furthermore, Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.2 are partly integrated (but no Thunderbolt). The chip also supports Quick Sync and AV1 decoding (most likely same engine as in Alder Lake). The Alder Lake-N chips only support single channel memory with up to DDR5-4800, DDR4-3200 or LPDDR5-4800. Compared to older processors, the N50 should be comparable to dual core Skylake based CPUs like the Intel Core m3-8100Y (2x 3.4 GHz, 5W). ![]() The single thread performance however, should be similar. The performance is clearly lower than the Processor N100 (4 cores, 3.4 GHz) due to the reduced core count. The chip does not support HyperThreading and clocks with up to 3.4 GHz. It was announced in early 2023 and offers no performance cores and 2 of the 8 efficient cores (E-cores, Gracemont architecture). The Intel Processor N50 is an entry-level mobile CPU for thin and light laptops from the Alder Lake-N series. Intel Processor N50 ► remove from comparison The power consumption is specified at 55W base power up to 157 Watt max. The CPU is still produced in a further improved 10nm FinFET process (Intel 7) that allows the higher clock speeds. The performance should be below the Alder Lake based Core i5-12650H (10 cores, 4.7 GHz, 45 Watt) and therefore similar to the old high end model Core i9-11980HK (other than single threaded workloads). Furthermore, the chip supports faster DDR5 memory (up to 5600 MHz for the 13980HX, but only 4800 MHz for the i5). All cores can access the combined 20 MB 元 cache (compared to the 36 MB of the i9 models).Ĭompared to Alder Lake, Raptor Lake offers improved P-Cores (Raptor Cove micro-architecture) with bigger Caches and more E-Cores (same Gracemont micro-architecture). The smaller E-Cores clock between 1.8 and 3.4 GHz. The P-Cores clock between 2.4 GHz (base) up to 4.6 GHz (single core boost, all-core 4.5 GHz). ![]() Is was announced in early 2023. The CPU integrates 6 fast Raptor Cove performance cores (P-cores) with HyperThreading and 4 Gracemont efficiency cores without HyperThreading. The Intel Core i5-13450HX is a fast mid-range mobile processor of the Raptor Lake series. Intel Core i5-13450HX ► remove from comparison
